the curtains muted this rather prettily, and the composition lent by the highlights on the open window was nice.

light and shadows showing on and through curtains.

though the angle wasn't what I wanted, it made kind of a nice composition, and the colors! I love the colors. so much. (I say things like this a lot, don't I? hmm.)

I just liked the smooth circles and almost cartoonish orange things inside..whatever this is. Something to do with the gas, we think.

the front of the apt. is sopretty. we don't usually use this door, as it leads to a rather tangled entryway with another door, but it's really pretty, with the brick and white and green and blue.

I love this. the colors are sopretty. as is the composition and angle and things. (and I like making bouquets, I really do. <3)

something about this, I very much like, I think it's the contrast of a neutral room and the color within the frame of the window. our apt. :)

close-up of hostas in bloom - incredibly happy with this one as well, love it when my digital actually focuses and blurs the way I want it to. and detail makes me happy.

gladiolas! which I didn't even know we had out back until they suddenly bloomed. a nice surprise though, they're a very vibrant red - and made for a fantastic photo. love how happily the composition worked here.
