the bridge again.. think this shot is pretty perfect. purposely didn't up the contrast much in photoshop (it was low initially due to the large amount of light that day), like the slight aged feeling it lends to this.

There are many a painting like this here picture. Dont exactly remember the artist but it may have been the expressionists style.
You're thinking of Monet, I've a hunch, yeah he did a whole series of paintings (impressionist) around his gardens, he had a wooden bridge spanning a pond that he painted many, many times.. y'know I hadn't even thought about that 'til you brought it up, but maybe that's one reason I liked this so much, it reminded me of those. *g*
